I have worked in the aerospace engineering industry for more than 25 years and along the way, nurtured my interest and passion in investing.  I developed my investing passion in graduate school where one of my professors insisted I learn the domain and he provided mentoring and guidance while at the University of Arizona.  I have diligently read The Wall Street Journal daily since, understanding macroeconomic influences and applying “solid, good ole fashion” investing practices.  I started Thrive because I am passionate about investing, I enjoy helping people and I would like to share what I have learned throughout the years with others.  I have been fortunate in my life and I hope to help you achieve the same success.  I am a family man with an amazing wife, a proud father of four boys in high school through college, and a happy pet owner to my German Shepherd (but not the cat).  I enjoy coaching soccer, working yard projects, watching hummingbirds dogfight and investing money.  I look forward to helping you through your life journey and helping you achieve your financial goals, whether it's learning how to buy your first house, saving for your children’s college fund, planning your retirement or establishing your estate plan.  Happy Investing!

My general background is in business, economics, and software engineering.  I have had a fortunate career with several Fortune 500 companies and I am now transitioning to work at Thrive Financial Management.  My wife and I have lived in Colorado Springs for over 25 years and continuously remind ourselves that we are blessed to have lived and raised our two daughters here.  My desire at Thrive is in supporting our clients to avoid the common mistakes made with investments and financial planning.

I am a leader of a global sales team of Internet of Things (IOT) solutions with an MBA from Notre Dame. I have led sales personnel for over 25 years.  I have an incredible family with my wife and three adult children.
